Everyone in the company has been installing at one time or another so we know how much work goes into a proper installation.  Weight consideration, profile,track and finish of a sliding glass doors are key factors.

Typically the installation requires a full day for a large ground floor location sliding door with up to 6 professional installers. We always have our experts onsite to do the job correctly first time or to support supply-only projects.

Installation is Everything !

This is why we have our own expert installers on the payroll unlike many other companies. Our top tip is to compare as many companies as you need to ensure youre getting the right profile sliding doors. You then need to check who will install it as you may be quite surprised.

All SGD installations are covered by insurance and we are proudly registered with FENSA.

All our customers are covered by our sliding glass door and bifold manufacturers warranty which applies to all the products we sell ranging from bifold doors, sliding glass doors, windows and even fixed panel frameless glass applications for residential or commercial use.

Installation Follow-up

Every glass sliding door or bifold installation requires a follow-up adjustment as the house settles which is normal. We offer this for free in the scope of our quotes unlike other reputable providers who charge a follow-up ‘call out’ fee.   We’ve never believed in this type of client charging and thankfully never will so you can rest assured if there is ever an issue with your glass sliders or bifolds we will be back to solve it in a flash.
